Galicia is known not only for its history, but also for its gastronomy of which we are also very proud of. With our gastronomic activities our aim is to leave a good impression on your taste buds whilst tasting some of Galicia’s typical gastronomic products .
For the moment you have two gastronomic activities to choose from:
1. A) For wine lovers a Galician wine tasting. This activity Includes the tasting of different types of wines with appellation and certificate or origin proper of the Galician area and varied appetizers.
Wine tasting of 5 wines with the Galician Certificate of Origin
Whites: Ribeiro Appellation (Treixadura), worldwide known Rías Baixas Appellation (Albariño), Valdeorras Appellation (Godello).
Reds: Ribeiro Appellation (Brencellao and Sousón) Ribeira Sacra Appellation (Mencía).
Accompanied by croutons and appetizers (nuts and pizza breads).
- B) For cheese lovers a tasting of cheese from different parts of Galicia. This includes a drink: glass of wine, Estrella Galicia beer (present worldwide) or a soft drink.
Tasting of 4 cheeses: San Simón da costa (Don Crisanto), Queso de Tetilla, Artelac and CampoCapela.
